Galvanized Earthing Rod

In order to connect rods together, Galvanized Earthing Rod include male and female threads on opposite ends. The rod is hot-dip Galvanized with a zinc coating that is not less than 610 g/m2 after being machined.

The rod comes with a basic set that includes a Galvanized steel wire rope grip, a driving head made of toughened steel, and a driving spike made of hardened steel. High Strength Low Carbon Steel and Hot Dip Galvanization are the main components of Galvanized Earthing Rod.

The earth itself can be utilized as one conductor of the circuit in some telegraph and power transmission lines, saving the expense of erecting a separate return conductor.
